Deed Transfers (Enhanced Life Estate or Lady Bird Deeds)
Enhanced Life Estate deeds, often referred to as Lady Bird deeds, are recognized under Florida law and may be used in certain estate planning situations involving real property. Our office assists clients in evaluating whether this type of deed is appropriate based on their goals and overall estate plan.
